  Paella is a very traditional food of Alicante because alicante, have the best rice of spain 

 

 

• Fish and seafood

You can find the fish and the seafood in the Mediterranean sea, and this type of food is very typical of Alicante, for example the red shrimp, prawns and calamari.

                

MONUMENTS:

• Monument of Aguamarga

  It was created berween 1941 and 1944. It was created by the architect Miguel López  and the sculptor Daniel Bañuls.        

• Castle of Santa Bárbara

  It was opened to the public in 1963. The castle have very good views
